Look on e-bay. Under "buy", indicate "Moses Basket Bedding". I had the same problem; nice basket, no bedding. I found many nice patterns and colors and they were affordable. Check it out there. They are nearly impossible to find anywhere in stores....

I would probably keep the rack. Your pigs could pee in the hay, and it would become moldy, which can cause some problems. It isn't a big deal to keep them on bedding, but you'd probably go through a lot more hay on bedding....
